The View at 52 is a beautifully presented, recently finished open plan self contained unit with off street parking and Zappi EV Charging. There is plenty of light from the velux windows and the glass wall to wall folding door. The living area has a sofa, Smart TV, fast wifi and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a modern shower room adjoining the bedroom with 1 double bed. Onto the patio are panoramic view over the valley, the viaduct and Whitby Abbey. We can accommodate 1 dog or 2 small dogs

You will stay in a beautiful airy converted self contained studio which has its own entrance and is part of a large Victorian Villa (there are steps leading down into the garden - may not be suitable for those with limited mobility). The gardens extend to around a third of an acre and are secure.
