Cosy cottage 2 close to Reykjavík - hot tub

The cottage is cosy and it has everything you need to make a perfect meal in the kitchen or you can use the gas grill outside the cottage. It´s close to the sea and you can see the seals play along the shore. The cottage although small is ideal for 2-4 person. There is a free WIFI and on the veranda is a private hot tub where you can soak while enjoying the view. There is no light pollution here like in Reykjavik or in towns and therefore ideal location for watching the Northern Lights.

Gunnu Hús by Meðalfellsvatn ( Our lakeside cottage nestles at the foot of Medalfell mountain and the garden leads right down to the lake. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

Gullfoss, Geysir, Thingvellir and Snæfells glacier are all within 1-2 hours’ drive.

Himri the mountain villa

Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. Hóll Guesthouse

Come for a stay at a farm in the South-west part of Iceland. Enjoy the nature on a conventional Icelandic farm. During winter you might see the northern lights and experience the constant day during summer. Dairy cows, sheep and horses roam around on the farm in the summer but stay inside during winter.
