Cosy apartment on the first floor of our house close to Copenhagen. From the entrance, You have access to a nice bedroom with French Balcony and a double bed (140 cm. x 200 cm.). In addition, You can have two mattresses (70 cm. x 190 cm. each) and a baby bed. Also, enjoy the spacious kitchen-dining-living room. There are only 10 minutes by walk to the train station - then 12 minutes by train to Copenhagen Central Station. You can get to the beach by a 15 minutes walk.

Selvstændig bolig med 2 værelser, toilet/bad og mellemgang. Der er IKKE køkken, men der er - microovn - airfryer - trykkoger til te og kaffe - Nespresso maskine - køleskab - kulgrill - EL grill. 64 kvm, egen indgang, ugenert terrasse på 36 kvm hvor solen kan nydes. 2 x dobbeltseng 160 x 200. Simpel og praktisk bolig til en fornuftig pris. Anneks i tilknytning til huset, men med egen indgang. 10 minutters gåtur til stranden og nærmeste S-tog, og 22 minutter med tog til København. Et værelse med sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud) og fjernsyn og et med tekøkken, spisebord og lille sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud).
