Beautiful and peaceful cottage in the heart of the quaint city of Belhaven, on the Pungo River. The Cottage is located one block from the river, take a stroll to the waterfront at Sunset, walk to everything downtown, just a few steps, then retreat to your own private peaceful sanctuary! Great local fishing and wildlife refuges. Enjoy the riverfront beach in town. Spend your evenings dining on the large screened back porch and cooking on the grill. Ample parking for your boat right out front!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This was the home that my brother and I grew up in. This house was built with love by our Mom and Dad. We hope you can feel the warmth and love we did growing up there. We are located 1 mile from Mattamuskeet Lake, about 20 mins from the Ferry in Swan Quarter that takes you to the Island of Ocracoke. We are also 20 minutes from State Boat Acesses. If you want a Beach Day,we are only 1 hour 15 mins for the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Access to the waterfront and boat dock. There is a small boat launch for your small boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddleboards next to the pier. Shared use of the screened-in gazebo. Nestled on an acre of land, this private home provides the perfect setting to relax and escape. Fish off the dock, walk through the back yard in the high grass and cast your line or drop a crab pot. Listen to the birds from the screened back porch. Use the canoe to get yourself to the mouth of the sound in no time. Lastly, the sunsets are amazing!

Cozy cabin nestled on the edge of Lake Mattummuskeet. This newly constructed cabin blends in seamlessly with the surrounding trees. Large covered back deck provides a tranquil escape and endless water views. Whether you are an advent bird watcher, or drawn to be on the water there is an activity for all. The large spacious interior comfortably sleeps a group of 2 or as many as 10. Outdoor dining with gas grill and roomy decks. Reconnect with nature and disconnect from the world for a while.

The house is near the riverfront town of Belhaven, that offers restaurants and public boat ramp options that provide access to the Pungo River and Pamlico Sound. The house is a short drive to Bell Island Swan Quarter Fishing Pier.

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

Swan Quarter is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Inside, you'll find a soothing atmosphere with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds to ensure a tranquil night's sleep. Enjoy the pleasant living space with amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, AC, and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. There is a washer and dryer in the house also. Kitchen is fully equipped. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay.

The Turtles Nest!

Come enjoy the best Hyde County has to offer while also being conveniently located 10 miles from the town of Belhaven, 20 miles from Swan Quarter Ferry which leads to North Carolinas beautiful outer banks. With water access, a boat ramp and dockage this newly built cabin allows you to have access to some of the best fishing/hunting around. Located on the grounds is a fire pit, hammock and also a short walking trail to enjoy the best of what nature has to offer.
