Camp Boutique - Black Sand Beach

This land, Loftsstaðir-Vestri, has been in my family for generations. It used to be a farm until recently. Now we have decided to open a picturesque luxury tent hotel. We will have 10-20 tents over the summer on the field where we used to harvest hay. Each tent is furnished and decorated differently. There are nothing but farms around, there is a 5 min walk to a black sand beach where the bird life is amazing. This is the perfect place to experience real Icelandic nature in a unique manner.

Gunnu Hús by Meðalfellsvatn ( Our lakeside cottage nestles at the foot of Medalfell mountain and the garden leads right down to the lake. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

Austurey - Lakefront Villa

The property is a modern 4-bedroom villa on the bank of lake Apavatn & river Hólaá. Kayaks, fishing poles & permits included for guests. (Fishing is only permitted during summer). The house is 184 m2, with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with a hot tub & a seating area facing the lake. It includes free WiFI, smartTV´s, sauna, washing machine & dryer. It is perfectly situated in the Golden Circle. It is 10 km from the town Laugarvatn where there are restaurants & Fontana Spa.

Báran, Studio by the sea

By the sea and scrapyard of Seyðisfjörður we offer our newly renovated studio space with a great view over the fjord, but still just a 8 min walk to the town center. It offers a king size bed and a single lounge bed with a pure icelandic wool mattress in the living area for a third person if needed. It is simple, lovely and unique. Note that we live in the other part of the house so even though the studio is private with private entrance a family lives in the other part of it.

Spectacular place´ Wake up to the ocean dancing, birds singing and seals right outside your window. Approximately 50 kilometres outside of Reykjavik, more precisely, in Hvalfjordur is a little cottage located right by the ocean shore. On the ground floor is a joint kitchen/living room includes a microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen view is the sea itself. Toilet with a shower On the second floor has a bedroom loft with 2 queen size beds and one single person’s bed.

Only 20 min drive from the Golden Circle and other tourist attractions. If you love nature and peace this is the place for you!

A charming country home near a national park

A cozy and atmospheric family country house designed and built by the owners with dedication and love, with additional help from their children and friends. Arnarstapi, is a small fishing village with a beautiful dock where local fishermen keep their boats. The house is situated only a short walk from the scenic cliff side near a beautiful national park with the majestic glacier Snæfellsjökull.

Waterfront Fjord House - Guest Suite with Seaview

Sea and mountain view from this cozy space facing the fjord of Eyjafjörður. It consists of a comfy bedroom with a kingsize bed, a dining area and your own private bathroom. It has its own entrance and a key box for easy check-in and check-out. The space also offers a coffee machine, fridge, microwave, a washing machine and dryer for guests to use.

Brimilsvellir small cabin

This private small cabin (ca. 26 qm) is located at our farm Brimilsvellir. You have a magnificant view to the ocean, beautiful mountains and our horses. There are small cooking facilitys in the cabin with a fridge, water cattle, toaster, plate and microwave. You have very great conditions to see northern lights from september until april.

Raufanes Guesthouse

The 1800 Sq ft apartment is in a Retro style Icelandic 1957 farm house on a 360 acres, free time farm, with horse’s , bulls, sheep, goats, chickens and rabbits. A dog and a cat ; ). From the house it´s a 50m walk to the beach or a 10 min drive by car to the nearby village of Borgarnes.
