While on holiday we are renting our modern family home in Vik, south of Iceland. A two minute walk takes you to a beautiful black sand beach, our property is also walking distance to everything Vik has to offer. From our patio, enjoy watching paragliders descend and Icelandic horses trot by. There are two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and another with king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom and separate smaller toilet. Private parking for two cars on location.

Upstairs, you will find five bedrooms, offering plenty of space for family members or guests, as well as a spacious bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower.

The apartment is a spacious upper floor with 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a 200x200 bed, a desk, clothes room and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Other beds:160x200 & 120x200 Downtown Reykjavik is a 10 min carride away and a bus stop is a 1 min walk from the house. The apartment includes all you might need in a modern home, including wi-fi and 3 tv’s.

Our home is loaded with all the equipment and amenities you can think of. There is a beautiful deck and garden in the back as well as a terrace on the second floor with views over the Elliðarár-valley. Our home was fully renovated 18 months ago both inside and outside, it´s therefore like a new house. It is located in an wonderful family neighborhood which is next to a valley with walking paths and a salmon river and at the same time it is only 10 minutes from down town.
