Kiki's "Pharmacy"- Cozy Studio near city center

In a quite and well known residential neighborhood, very near to the city center, this place was born after self redecorating//renewing the former family pharmacy. Inside you can find some old items brought to life and saved from my grandmother, which bring a vintage look /air to the place. Cleaning and disinfection is always done after each guest in an A+ manner and in great detail by myself. Since I am prone to "always" redecorating, there might be new objects being added, in the future.

We created modern space(100sqm) located in a semi-central zone(15 minutes walk from the center) Built with a clean, modern European design and high-end finishes, with 1 Living room, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms suitable for four people. The whole floor has AC, the bathroom comes with shower gel, shampoo and hairconditioner. We are so happy to share our space with guests who are looking to use it as a retreat to reconnect with family and friends, but please note that this is not a party rental.

It has integrated home automation features and Siri (the Apple assistant ” to rule them all” One of the many features that you can enjoy is a ”floating bed”. It comes with two remote controls to adjust your position. The kitchenette is fully equipped and bathroom also. Coffee is on the house!
