Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

Newly remodeled home with soaking bathtub located in historic town of Idaho Springs 30 min west of Denver, near popular ski areas (Keystone, Breckenridge, Winter Park, Loveland, etc), Virginia Canyon mountain bike trail and Hot Springs. Walking distance to shopping, dining, breweries, historic Gold mine tours, hot springs, dispensaries and Safeway. Lots of outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, zip lining, etc.. Pet friendly. Private fenced backyard w/ new deck and BBQ.

Smithrock Bed and Breakfast (sleeps 8!)

This house was built in 1885 and remodeled in 2020! The ground floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and queen bed. The upstairs loft has a daybed, and the 2 queen bedrooms upstairs have their own toilet. There is a shared shower upstairs. There is no air conditioning. Please be aware that the backyard is shared with another home. The front yard is not shared. We ask that guests leave used sheets in the laundry room and towels in the bathrooms at checkout.
