Ειναι στο κεντρο, πας παντου με τα ποδια ,το παρκινγ ειναι ελευθερο εξω απο το σπιτι.Η θαλασσα , το λιμανι και τα μπαρακια απεχουν ελαχιστα.Eπισης ενα μινι μαρκετ ειναι στα 100μετρα .Επιπλεον εχει μια βεραντα που αν καποιος θελει μπορει να απολαυσει το βραδινο αερακι,προσφατα , εχει φτιαχτει και ενα ιδιωτικο παρκινγ για αυτοκινητα ( για τις μερες αιχμης 5-15/8)

Blue and sea vol2 is an ideal holiday home. The house is literally on the sea. It's comfortable and bright, with rest areas. On its large veranda-balcony you can enjoy the view and relax. It is close to Koutsouras, Makrygialos where there are Super Markets and restaurants, coffee shops etc. Near to home there are the organized beaches of Achlia, Galini, Agia Fotia. Nearby villages for exploring the mountains Oreino, the Shinokapsala, and the famous Dasaki of Koytsoyra with a local taverna.

At the most south place of Europe, with very mild winter. It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

'By the Sea' Apartment Number 1

This apartment is the most popular one. It is 50 square meters and it is literally on the beach, by the sea, having its own private balcony. The town centre is very close: It is only 10-15 minutes away, on foot, or 5-10 minutes away, by car. The apartment has almost everything for you to have a comfortable, enjoyable and unforgettable stay. During your stay, keeping the apartment clean is your own responsibility. Clean bed sheets and bath towels are being provided.

If you are looking for your vacation sun and sea, then Votsalo White apartment is the ideal destination for you. The apartmentis by the sea, one kilometer outside the town of Ierapetra. The area has many amazing beaches and beautiful surrounding mountains. It is worth visiting us even in winter time. Ierapetra is the southernmost town in Europe, with mild winters and plenty sunshine. The apartments are suitable for couples and families with children.

We welcome you to Endless Blue, our brand new 100m2 apartment suitable to comfortably accommodate up to five people. It consists of two large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen finished to very high standards, and a spacious living room with an astonishing view to the sea. The Mediterranean Sea can almost be touched from our 80m2 balcony where you can enjoy the Cretan sun on the sunbeds or your meals under the pergola.
