Leafy Cabin Haven

Escape to our newly refurbished, air-conditioned and private detached cabin. Longer stays welcome. A tranquil haven perfectly situated in Iffley Borders: a 12 minute bus ride into Oxford city centre, a 10 minute walk to the river and within easy access to the ring road. The cabin has its own private entrance, patio, and section of the garden. Inside, the cabin is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience. Fully equipped with its own kitchen, TV, power shower, washer/dryer.

Annexe within summer garden

This light & airy annexe is the perfect place for a trip to Oxford, minimalist decor with subtle influences of Bali. Situated at the bottom of our garden, you’ll have full privacy in this self contained unit. Nearby you can take a picturesque stroll through Iffley Village & along the canal to the city centre, which takes approx. 50 minutes (or 10 minute bus ride). Rose Hill is conveniently located just off a dual carriage way for easy access by car. Free on-street parking is available anytime.

Oxford city loft apartment

This stunning, self contained loft flat has everything you need for the perfect time in Oxford. A fully equipped kitchen, work and dinner tables, a separate bedroom with a full sized double bed and a lounge sofa bed for extra guests. The Loft is near to pubs and restaurants whilst also being only 5 minutes away from the river for picnics and beautiful walks to the city centre. This peaceful, light-filled space provides a perfect base for working and enjoying everything the city has to offer.

The Garden Room

Large (30 sqm) self contained quiet room on ground floor rear of well appointed house with king-size bed, shower / toilet, kitchen and garden. Close to shops, frequent bus services into central Oxford, and a few minutes walk from river Thames / Isis and parks. Popular pubs, cafes and restaurants are on nearby Magdalen Road. The Garden Room is reached by side entrance with coded gate and motion activated lights. Parking on driveway or street. Garden awaits further tidying. See photos.

Cosy, well-equipped studio located at the end of our garden. Complete with kitchen and shower room. Suitable for short or medium length stays for you to enjoy Oxford! Driveway parking available for one car. EV charging (Type 2 7.4 kW) available, just let us know! Just a few minutes walk to the bus stop that is a 10-15 minute journey to Oxford City Centre. There is a bus direct to Oxford Brookes University too. Even closer is Cowley Road, home to some amazing restaurants and bars.

Entire house & garden, quiet area, free parking

Sole use of entire house including one double bedroom, large light airy kitchen/dining/socialising space with log burner, tv room, full bathroom, downstairs toilet and large garden. Free on street parking. Close to river, village pubs, shops and buses to town c15 mins. This our home, guests stay in the guest bedroom as shown and have sole use of the property. One dog allowed. Please don’t leave your dog alone in the property. Dogs aren’t allowed upstairs or on the furniture

The new auto house

The auto house is light, stylish and bijou , suitable for a single person working in oxford, or a weekend break for one or two people., simply furnished, with one king size bed, a table and two chairs, a small two seater sofa and a fridge, kettle and tea and coffee cupboard. Excellent access to oxford town centre, Oxfam, British Gas and oxford science parks and all the university’s and their surroundings. You can eat well locally in ox4, try the Magdalen arms gastro pub.

Wider Oxfordshire beauty spots within reach plus an hour train ride into London.

The Studio is fitted to high specification and has everything you need for a comfortable stay; private entrance, ensuite shower and WC, kitchenette, smart tv, WiFi, double bed, clothes storage and dining space/workstation. The Studio adjoins the main home, situated in a residential street, 1.5 miles (2km) S/East of Oxford City. The proximity to the City, and the option of regular transport links, make this a great choice of accommodation

The Stables: Charming Cottage near Oxford

This is an integrated living space and bedroom with en suite bathroom. It is separate from the main house with total privacy. Guests are free to use a simple kitchen within the main house. Breakfast is included. The gardens are extensive. The feeling of the place is that of being in the deep Oxfordshire countryside; but the reality is that we are only 10 minutes walk away from South Oxford and 30 minutes walk away from Oxford centre.

Cosy studio flat near city centre

This independent access studio flat, annexed to the main house, is perfect for a few days visit or longer stays. Brightly decorated and recently renovated, the spaces fully furnished with a single bed, complete kitchenette, and bathroom w/ shower. Conveniently located to a small supermarket (3 minute walk), a bus stop with access to the city centre, and a couple of local pubs.
