7 min walk to lake Visaginas

Important: our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here. We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)

Villa “Laumės akys”

Escape to Villa Laumės akys – a beautiful lakefront villa with a private beach, private dock, and a spacious covered deck overlooking the lake. Perfect for up to 14 guests. Enjoy boating, barbecue evenings, breathtaking sunsets, and the peace of nature. For an extra touch of relaxation, a sauna and hot tub are available for an additional fee. Pets are welcome too. You’ll have the villa to yourselves, but the owners live on-site and other guests may be nearby. Best suited for peaceful stays.

Forest oasis apartment

Bright and cozy two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen, located a 10-minute walk from the lake. Self check-in and check-out. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests: a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Located on the 4th floor (no elevator), the apartment is sunny and warm. It features a comfortable workspace with a view of the pine forest, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Perfect for family stays, vacations, and remote work.

Aukštaitijos Nida house by the Žeimenys lake

Small cozy house for one family. Next to the forest and Žeimenys lake. During the week days it's supper quiet. During the weekends it can be noisy sometimes as camping area is in the neighborhood. The house has all the amenities and self check-in possibility. One double bed, one sofa bed and one folding bed (on request). It's great place for fishing and other water activities. Very close to the house is a kayak rental point, tennis courts. Hot tub and Sup board is extra cost

Dear Vacationers, our family offer unique homestead surrounded by trees and next to a big lake. Villa has arbor with bonfire pit, sauna, outdoor bar, and more. The guest house has 2 sides. If you are a bigger group you can book the entire villa.
