A cozy, comfortable two-level loft studio is situated on the 4th floor of a historic building that was built in 1917, that is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House and Khreshchatyk Street. “University” metro station is nearby within a 5-minute walk. This flat is a part of a small apart-hotel for 6 rooms. There is fold-out sofa inside and high-quality mattress for 2 beds on the mezzanine. The studio has its own small kitchen and its own bathroom with everything you need.
