The colourful seaside town of Aldeburgh is just 15 minutes drive. Interiors are spacious and sociable with the ground floor wrapping round from the living room to the dining room, kitchen and office. Three modern bath/shower rooms for the three bedrooms give added privacy for all guests, with beds being king, double and single.

It overlooks woodland and water in a beautiful area of Suffolk where there are great walks and cycle rides as well as a pub in walking distance.

An L-shaped single story private dwelling with 'bi-fold' doors overlooking a secluded sunny courtyard with ornamental pond. A large drive covered by CCTV, and can accommodate several large vehicles (not lorries). Tradies welcome. Suitable for upto 4 adults. No children under the age of 8 years and babies in arms allowed. Not suitable for people with mobility issues or wheelchair users. Sorry but no pets. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped.

The only noise is the sound of birdsong.
