#1 Rose Room at The Feitshans House

The Frederick R. Feitshans House in Springfield's Old Aristocracy Hill Neighborhood is a beautiful example of a 2-story high-style Gothic Revival Victorian. The house was built in 1879, but renovated around 2000. Victorian period design touches can be seen throughout. You will stay in the Rose Room on the 2,590 sq ft 2nd floor! The rest of the 2nd floor is shared space.

One bedroom with king bed and private bath. Kitchen, game room and laundry room are shared space. Great river views, walk to wineries, zipline, gondola ride, and marine. Short drive to horseback riding, waterpark, Pere Marquette State park with plenty of hiking and biking trails. Come get an upgrade on your relaxing experience.

The Beach House at River View Guest House
