Summer amenities include bikes, beach chairs, coolers, and outdoor games. A resort fee of $35.00/night is included in the total price shown on Airbnb. Centrally located in IV, our home is 1 mile to Lake Tahoe, 3 miles to Sand Harbor Beach and close to Kings Beach. In winter, ski at Diamond Peak, just 1 mile away, Mt Rose is only 3 miles away. Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

Homewood Hideaway's 2 Bedroom Flat

Sandy and I have opened up the option to choose the Homewood Hideaway 2 bedroom flat as well...The description is the same as the 1 bedroom flat.. We except 1 small-medium size dog 50lbs and under, by interview only.. You will be charged $35 a day for the dog.. The dog will not be left unattended in the unit without being confined to a kennel.. Please don't let your dog on our furniture or beds...If you bring a dog without our knowledge you may be asked to leave.
