The Uptown House

Updated historic bungalow just a 10 minute walk to the Independence Square which is a FIFA World Cup Region Direct Stop!! Enjoy all of the history our neighborhood has to offer by visiting the Truman Presidential Museum and Library, The Truman Home, Frontier Trails Museum, Independence Train Station, and the Community of Christ World Headquarters which are all within walking distance! Just a quick drive to downtown Kansas City as well as Arrowhead or Kauffman Stadiums or the Silverstein Arena!

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Beautiful country home that's in a small quite town, that's next to the big city. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms. House sleeps 4 people comfortably. Dogs are allowed but limited to 2 dogs per stay. There is a fenced in back yard for dogs to roam around and play. The house is perfect for a family friendly stay. No one under 25 year of age can book with us
