Enjoy time with the whole family at this cozy place enjoy the entire 3 bedroom 1 bath house on 1225 School Street Indiana Pennsylvania Beautiful yard, only two blocks to downtown Philadelphia street Indiana Regional Medical Center and Indiana Univeristy of Pennsylvania. Very clean with new paint, new bathroom and new laminate flooring. We are located a little over an hour from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Only the number of REGISTERED GUESTS may visit or stay in the home. Eight miles from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, half an hour from Amish country, and a 60-minute drive from Pittsburgh, our home offers a peaceful retreat. PLEASE NOTE: the house is accessed via a rough country driveway. We drive all kinds of vehicles up the hill, but we do not advise bringing your Lamborghini To be clear, this home is regularly used for our family fellowship and is not appropriate for parties.

Sit out on the back or front porch for morning coffee, watch the local turkey or deer pass through. Minutes away from one of the inaugural Rails to Trails in the east, including The Ghost Town Trail. You can bike, or walk along the beautiful river. Fifteen minute drive to Yellow Creek State Park. 25 minute drive to IUP, Saint Francis University and Mount Aloysious College.

White's Woods Retreat King Bed, Quiet,Close to IUP

Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Make yourself Keurig coffee and watch Netflix! I am available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

Walking distance to Ghost Town Trail, Memorial Park, Ebensburg town square, community swimming pool, Legends Gym, Nathan's Divide Water Shed and Lake Rowena Park. Area colleges include, Saint Francis Univ, Mount Aloysius College, Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Indiana Univ of Pa, Penn State Univ, and Penn State Altoona.

Little House in the Big Woods

This is a carriage house where you will feel very comfortable in the newly renovated home. It is secluded and peaceful with beautiful wooded views but a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Walking up a set of steps will feel a little like a house in the sky. It overlooks the mountains. There is a beautiful deck to sit outside and enjoy that view and the peace and quiet. There is a fire pit located on the property to continue that cleansing of all stress and worries.
