You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Enjoy wildlife, kayaking, fishing, campfires, horses, hiking and games. We also have a sauna and a hot tub available on the premises There is Roku TV and WIFI in the cabin. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. You can also enjoy a campfire and cook over the open fire on our tripod grill. We have 2 other cabins and our cozy apartment listed.

These pictures do not do the cabin justice, we have heard this from so many guests that have stayed at our cabin! You will not be disappointed with your stay at our cabin. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A front and back porch with beautiful views to drink a cup of coffee, read a book or relax! Relaxing Retreat in the Woods

Relaxing retreat on 16 acres of woods , minutes from shopping, restaurants, Lake Monroe and the I.U. stadium--a 13 minute drive for basketball and football fans. Fire pit, grill, hammock, board games, kitchenette, CD, record player. No cable /television. Cell phone service and internet available if sometimes a bit spotty. The studio is in the woods so you may see or encounter wildlife including deer, opossums, raccoons, snakes, bobcats, coyotes and birds. Owner lives on property.

You'll also have easy access to our farm store where you'll find fresh fruits & veggies, homemade soups & salads and so much more.

Our non-electric cabin in the woods is the perfect glamping opportunity. This rustic retreat is a 5-8 minute walk from our house and parking lot. The 270 square foot tiny house has a queen mattress in the loft, a wood stove for heat, cooking facilities including a propane cook top and gravity fed rain water (non-potable). Large windows look out over a beautiful southern Indiana holler. Camp shower & composting toilet. Experience comfortable, tent - free camping!
