Outside: outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and BBQ. 7 mins to Lake Ann Brewery, restaurants, and to Interlochen Center for the Arts, & Golf. 25mn from the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Lakes & the Betsie River surround the area, making fishing and boating easily accessible. The BRLC is a nonsmoking property with a full house generator/new baby gear on sight.

There is on 27.5 private acres to explore with a mile trail and Stanley Creek running thru the property. It has 1/4 mile driveway, very private, comfortable space. There is wildlife about. It has plenty of space for parking a boat trailer with easy access to power outlets. There is a fire pit with wood to burn available.
