Knockmore: Lakeside 1

Welcome to Knockmore's 2 Lakeside cabins. Enjoy one of our 2 private 2 bedroom cabins while living alongside the calming waters of the Bras d'Or Lakes. Both cabins are newly built and offer a clean, modern, airy, open concept layout. The two cabins are about 100 feet apart; they each offer a wonderful secluded, covered porch overlooking the Bra d'Or lakes. We cap each cabin at 4 guests and 2 cars. All guests must register their ID 48 hours before check-in. All reservations are for 2+ nights.

The Studio

The Studio is a charming, quiet and perfect rest stop and starting point for your Cape Breton exploration. Get acclimated for a day or two or seven! Feel the wonderful sensation of living near the sea. Wake to a peaceful water view each day. Easy walking, birding, biking and kayaking accessible steps from your door. Our clean waterways, trails and backroads offer a getaway unlike no other. The UNESCO HERITAGE SITE of the Bras d'or Lakes and the Village of St. Peter's are just 4 miles away.

Archie's Place

Archie’s Place sits atop a hilltop farm in Broad Cove, just 5 minutes north of the village of Inverness and centrally located to beaches, hiking trails, world-class golfing, local artisans, and Celtic music. The house offers 5 beds to accommodate up to 6 people. Comfortable window-side seating downstairs and rural quietness offer the perfect spot to unwind with a book or catch up with family and friends; while the large dining room and fully-equipped kitchen are ideal for entertaining.

The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

This centrally located spacious lot provides a warm welcoming enviroment after exploring any of Inverness' many attractions including the world famous Cabot Links golf course,the pristine Inverness beach and boardwalk,walking trails,and all the village amenities,shops,dining and entertainment.The newly renovated interior's cozy design has vaulted wood ceiling's and climate control. Your family will be equipped andclose to everything when you stay at this centrally located place.
