Είναι ένας νεόδμητος χώρος σε οικογενειακή κατοικία, σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά και μπορεί να προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας στους επισκέπτες της. Στο καθιστικό υπάρχει ο καναπές η τηλεόραση και η κουζίνα . Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο και δεν διατίθεται ανελκυστήρας. Τα κατοικίδια δεν επιτρέπονται.
