This one bedroom unit is situated in a convenient and central location in Ipswich, right on the back of a nature reserve and the Bremer River. The unit is within 10 minutes drive to Riverlink Shopping Centre, hospitals, CBD, cafes, restaurants, and the train station. There is a carpark space for you with access via a remote key operated electric gate. You'll have the whole unit to yourselves (up to 2 guests), with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, bedroom, and outdoor patio.

This fully self contained granny flat is set on acreage. 10 minutes from Ipswich, Close to Rail. 15 minutes to Willowbank and Queensland Raceway. 30 minutes from Hiddenvale MTB. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba all around 1 hour drive. There is ample parking down the side of the property for large vehicles and trailers. Our family home is located adjacent to the granny flat. We are available whenever required. Within reason. The space is yours to enjoy along with our swimming pool.

Train station is just a 2 minute walk from the house. Across the road you have a takeaway shop with great burgers and a little fruit and veg shop with lots of great prices. If you can’t sleep and want a naughty treat the 7/11 is also just across the road.
