The home has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen & living area, and a deck. Wake up to the stunning panoramic views over Glencolmcille Village, Glen Head and the Atlantic Ocean that are simply unforgettable.Glencolmcille village is only a ten minute walk and has a shop with fuel pumps, two pubs one serving lovely home cooked food,a cafe , post office and restaurant . Close to Glencolmcille beach and the folk village. The Slieve League cliffs and the silver strand beach are a 15 minute drive away. We have an EV charger.

Horsebox & Sauna River Beach Glendalough Ireland

An Capall (meaning Horse in Irish language) is a beautifully converted Horse Lorry currently out to grass overlooking a meandering river, nestled near Glendalough in the Wicklow Mountains. Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck plus a single bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a private Finnish Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).

One of two self catering barn conversions 3.5km from Slane Village. When you arrive you will be allocated The Stables or The Paddock. Both accommodation units are the same and located side by side. No 3rd party bookings and our accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
