Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s Wi-Fi but no television , just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continent breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER

Possibly one of the most beautiful views and locations overlooking Dogs bay beach and sitting at the foot of Errisbeg hill, 6 minute drive from the picturesque fishing village of Roundstone. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery on the west coast of Ireland. Looking out across the Atlantic Ocean at the Aran islands, gurteen beach and dogs bay beach. Hill climbing to the rear and beach walks to the front of the cottage, there are possibly few locations to compare with this cottage

Plus all the Locke perks, including air-conditioning, a super-strong rainfall shower with Kinsey Apothecary toiletries, private Wi-Fi and a Smart HDTV for streaming.

Our private, fenced cabin nestled on our farm's edge, offering stunning mountain, city, and sea views with complete privacy. Your cabin features a hot shower, coffee machine, filtered water, kettle, gas heater, electric blanket, and shared full kitchen access. Unwind in our sauna or hot tub for extra fee. Feel free to interact with our farm animals( horse , alpaca, sheep , goats) A direct bus to the city center is just 350m away. Not suitable for infants or the infirm.

Mount Kid Cottage is off the beaten path near the stunning Wild Atlantic Way route. Secluded and tranquil, we are 90 minutes minutes from Cork Airport, 2 hours west of Cork city and a 15 min DRIVE from Ballydehob. Surrounded by working farms on 4 acres; an oasis of trees and home to a variety of bird life.

Walking distance (20 minutes) to Dooey beach, where you can book the private Dooey beach sauna, Surf or Stand Up Paddleboard lessons. Short drive to Lettermacaward village with 2 shops, pubs incl. food, live music and traditional Irish music sessions.
