The house is in a small village, so you’ll need to drive to the beach and nearby towns. We’re happy to recommend car rentals!

Villa Velanidia

Literally ten steps from the endless blue of the Aegean sea is this luxurious beachfront house for a relaxing vacation at Velanidia Koumeikon Marathokampou of Samos Island. The location is ideal if you enjoy privacy and exclusivity as well as if you enjoy busier environments in nearby Ormos, Kampos and Balos all within five to ten minutes driving. The house was recently renovated (2023) and is fully furnished. There are 2 bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a living room. Ideal for four persons.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Chariclea Villas Retreat: Eco House

Eco House at Chariclea Villas Retreat – Peaceful, Stylish & Sustainable The Eco House is one of four independent homes at Chariclea Villa Retreats, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Combining sustainability with comfort and style, it hosts up to 4 adults and 2 children—ideal for families, couples, or small groups. The property also includes the Main House , the Cave of Light house and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

The apartment is located near the main square of Ireon village and two minutes from the beach. Ireon village is located at the south of the island. It is a famous tourist resort in Samos, with its natural beauty and historical monuments. The local people will take a time to chat with you and make you feel welcome.
