You are walking distance to the beautiful ski slopes of Brian Head and a walking path across the street. Less than 10 minutes from Cedar Breaks National Monument and just over an hour from Bryce National Park. We are located on the second floor with stairs only. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably and more on an air mattresses. It features a dining area, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. This is a central Cedar City location close to I-15, downtown & trails. Brian head, Zions and Saint George are all 40 minutes away. This is a new build and has never had a permanent resident and has all new furnishings and quality finishes. You will be pleased with the cleanliness of this property. The Southview trail is only about 100 yards from the front door and is paved for bicycles, running or walking and the C Trailhead is also only about 200 yards from the unit it is dirt.

Located across from the Giant steps ski lift, this walk-in walk-out front corner condo has beautiful views of the ski slopes through multiple post card view windows. Enjoy the view from balcony while watching the mountain side activities. Only 14 steps up into the condo for easy access and 30 feet from the door. This recently remodeled 4 bedroom and 3 bath condo has 1730 sq ft. There is a community hot tub available but there is no guarantee that it will always be available.
