My house in Forestville is a walk to the river (Steelhead County Beach), near endless wineries, canoe rentals, gorgeous Sonoma coast beaches, Santa Rosa airport, a bicycle trail through West County with bike rentals in downtown Forestville offering immediate access to the trail, and a very well-stocked little grocery store a 5-minute walk down the hill. Lovely back roads take you to Healdsburg to the north or Sebastopol to the south. My dog & I stay in a basement studio when guests are here.

If you appreciate: organic/farm-to-table foods, wine tasting, antiquing, majestic redwoods, floating down a river, fishing, then you won't find a more perfect launch pad from which to explore the magnificent bounty that is Northern California. We are 15 minutes from Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Graton, Occidental, Guerneville, Santa Rosa, Windsor - so much fun to be had!

Welcome to your wine country home, with every detail carefully designed to be the perfect luxury retreat. A 2 bed, 1 bath, 800 sq ft cottage on a private half acre garden. Walking distance to two tasting rooms, a sunny cafe, late-night gastropub, and nature trail. A ten minute drive to 18 more tasting rooms. 25 minutes to the coast. With a fully-stocked kitchen, outdoor barbecue, visiting chickens, and luxury linens and towels, this is the perfect base to explore the best of wine country.

Walk to restaurants, movie theater, The Barlow, Sebastopol Center for the Arts, town plaza with Sunday Farmer's Market, library, Ives Park (public swimming pool). Bike path is nearby. Bike to wineries.

The Perch - Outdoor Clawfoot Tub

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Smartly designed guest suite is minutes from wineries, biking & hiking trails, old-growth redwoods, beaches & dramatic coastline, tiny towns & the Russian River resort area. ($0 Cleaning Fee.) Graton (“Gray-ton”) is a tiny village between Sebastopol & Forestville. It's casual country living with 3 exceptional restaurants, 2 wine tasting rooms, an antique store and a gallery of local artists. There’s a walk/bike trail nearby with views of vineyards and farm fields.

Elf Ranch Guest Cottage

Our guest cottage is cozy, quiet, and quaint. A good place to unwind in a country setting. We are located only moments from fabulous restaurants and a vast selection of Russian River wineries. The beautiful Russian River is less than 1/4 mile away! With the new developments in the world we utilize a 24 inch UVC sterilization lamp. Your room will be fully sterilized prior to your arrival.

Quiet Wine Country Garden Getaway

A private entrance leads to spacious, sunny room overlooking charming gardens. Room has a NEW QUEEN BED plus a nook nestled in the trees. Complete bathroom, closets, TV, mini-fridge and a library. The house is blocks from The Farmhouse Inn, multiple wineries, a scenic bike and walking path which is entered by our local park. We are also blocks from the Russian River.

Olive House

Our house is located on a hill in a quiet neighborhood just above downtown Guerneville. The house has high ceilings, a full kitchen, a large deck, and a yard lined with enormous olive trees. It is a five minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants and a twenty minute drive to the Sonoma Coast.
