Our three bedroom, two bath 1900 square foot new home, set on a quiet three and a half acres, boasts high ceilings, immensely large windows, and 2 sets of wide, modern french doors allowing the light to pour in. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops includes a breakfast bar for four and a dining table for eight. Both the upstairs and downstairs open floor plan living areas encompass comfortable furniture with smart TVs allowing you to access your Netflix, Hulu, & Amazon accounts.

Enjoy your stay in this 2100 sq ft truss built home 2 miles from downtown Victor on 3 acres. The private home features a downstairs master suite and an upstairs junior suite both with queen beds. Both have their private bath and shower. Comfortable family room connected to the kitchen. Well equipped kitchen for your cooking pleasure and a bbq just outside the kitchen door available for around the year use . Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the sauna deck or relax on the back deck at the house.

The Bunkhouse

We are situated one mile north of Victor, Idaho, 28 miles from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and 20 miles from Grand Targhee Resort. The Granite Canyon entrance of Grand Teton National Park is 30 miles. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this 2 bedroom mountain retreat is an ideal location for your Teton base camp. Finished in 2017, the bunkhouse was built for family and friends to visit our slice of paradise. We live next door with our three lively boys and a friendly dog.

The Aspen Grove house is a modern/rustic home with a cabin feel. Nestled at the bottom of Pine Creek Pass, 4 miles west of Victor, Idaho. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet. You can walk out the front door for a beautiful view of the Grand Tetons and amber ways of grain. The home is naturally cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. The windows look out on aspen and chokecherry trees that glow red and yellow in the fall. Amenities are endless!

Location-Solitude-Summer playground: We are located within 2 miles of Southfork of the snake river. Huskeys boat launch is less than 1 mile away. Palisades resevoir is a short drive away. Calamity boat launch is 10 miles from our home. We have many local hiking trails and recreational activities here in Irwin, ID. Grand Teton National Park is 70 miles away and Yellowston National Park is 118 miles away from our home.
