Cuarto estudio pequeño con baño, independiente, muy cómodo, cama Queen, para persona sola o pareja, no apto para bebés o niños pequeños hay cristalería a la mano. Muy limpio, sanitizado a profundidad. Alejado de la calle, cerca del centro. TV con cable, internet, Con frigobar, micro y cafetera, ideal para descansar y/o trabajar, secadora de cabello y plancha. Se ubica fuera del área de la casa principal con entrada independiente, porche de entrada, completamente privado y muy seguro.

Tiny home all inclusive, bedroom over the bathroom, living room has a sofa bed too , small dinning table, kitchenette with everything you need for cooking and complementary coffee. Hot water, safe fenced area, parking space too, it’s part of a small complex, it’s very close to access from highway, has a convenience store close by and a breakfast restaurant too. Only five minutes walking distance from World renowned surf spot San Miguel. Good spot for surfers and wine country.

El Rincón de Laura se ubica en Villa Las Rosas la cual es muy segura y tranquila fuera del bullicio de la ciudad, el acceso final 200 metros no está pavimentado , nos encontramos en el punto medio entre Ensenada y El Valle de Guadalupe, enfrente del Hotel Las Rosas.
