Light, comfortable studio-sized guesthouse with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, fibre wifi, Smart TV, fridge, microwave, and self-service breakfast in relaxed Island Bay. The guesthouse is 10m across the garden from our house. Suited for a couple or two singles.

Enjoy a magical experience in this unique marine reserve, great for snorkelling, walking & chillaxing.

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

Welcome to your beach getaway in picturesque Lyall Bay. This sunny, warm, one bedroom apartment is located across the road from one of Wellington's top beaches. Perfect for couples or solo travellers on holiday, visiting family or travelling for business. Only a 5 minute drive to the airport and an easy walk to great cafes. On a bus route to the city. This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.
