Discovery Ridge Cottage-Romantic Peaceful Getaway

Port Townsend, Washington Welcome to our Romantic Country Getaway nestled on a treed 10 acre parcel just 12-15 minutes from Port Townsend or Port Hadlock. It is located centrally to the areas' amenities, breweries, wineries, and cideries. Our Cottage has been designed to be a cozy, warm, romantic space with custom woodworking, wood counters, in-floor heating and special touches to make your stay enjoyable. We have a seasonal garden with herbs and apples amongst a lovely outdoor private patio.

Beach front Saratoga Passage

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sound and Olympic Mountains while relaxing on one of the three decks of our newly remodeled waterfront home. Our modern beach house features three spacious upstairs bedrooms around a separate sitting area, a large living and dining space downstairs, and bathrooms on both levels. You can spot seals, bald eagles, and whales while walking along the no bank beach steps from our front door. Sip wine around the propane fire pit while enjoying the magnificent sunset.

Historic Discovery Bay Beach Cabin Stunning Views

Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

The Nut House

Glamping in the trees. Come experience the beauty and serenity of being in the forest in a unique craftsman treehouse on beautiful Camano Island just an hour and ten minutes north of Seattle. Your private parking and short trail leads to a short cable bridge into a cozy 150 sq. ft. cabin 13 ft above the forest floor. You’ll be surrounded by mahogany walls with a cozy full size futon up in the loft. If the futon is too cozy a campsite is available. The treehouse is warm even on chilly nights.

Tucked into a lush rain forest, this cozy and private tiny house is a peaceful retreat for slowing down. Wake to birdsong and filtered light through the towering trees, enjoy coffee or wine outdoors on the deck, grill dinner and gather by the fire pit as stars appear through the forest canopy. A simple, thoughtfully designed base for exploring the port towns and the Olympic Peninsula — or doing nothing at all. That's how we planned it. Small pets welcome. Inside Ebey’s Preserve (A division of the National Parks), this unique location Is full of history. Minutes from Ebey’s State Park, and a short drive to Deception Pass State Park. Eagles, deer, otters, and wildlife out all the windows. Lovely deck overlooking the water, a fire pit patio with waters view. Fantastic get away for a wonderful time on Whidbey.

PNW boho vintage decor, cathedral ceilings and skylights create a cozy atmosphere perfect for a romantic island getaway. The cottage is on 1 acre waterfront property shared with the host’s separate home & workshop.

Enjoy time at this cozy dog friendly Whidbey cottage just steps from the beach on beautiful Mutiny Bay. Knotty pine wood throughout, gas fireplace and all the amenities of home make this a great spot for all season fun! Enjoy time on the deck for BBQ or the hot tub (fits three). The cottage is less than a mile from the town of Freeland for all amenities, and close to the picturesque towns of Langley and Coupeville. The cottage sleeps five, so bring the whole family for some Whidbey fun!
