Springtide Suite is a spacious apartment (1,100sq ft!) that occupies the ground floor of our home located just outside city limits, 17 miles from Tybee and 15-20 minutes from the downtown Historic District. It sleeps six with 1 official bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2 other twin beds and a bunk bed are located in more open common area. Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), large bathroom ( shower only) including laundry room. 3 car parking area directly in front of the Airbnb!

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly and centrally located home base. Nicely furnished and fully renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home for play or work in a Duplex brick building. All Brand new Kitchen appliances. Fully fenced back yard but not escape proof. Conveniently located 10 miles South from Historic Savannah Downtown via Harry Truman Parkway which is down the street. 30 minutes drive to Tybee Island (beach) or Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.

Cottage on Wilmington Island

Our place is between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. 1950s Cottage - completely renovated. Extremely quiet neighborhood - wonderful place for a stroll with a view of the tidal marsh and Half Moon River. We do allow dogs, but you must contact us first to discuss. No cats as we have an allergic family member. We do not allow commercial filming (movies,etc) at our property. Chatham County License No. OTC - 022918

Historic Coastal Cottage on Isle of Hope

The Crooked Oak Cottage is a short walk to Historic Bluff drive which overlooks the intracoastal waterway. The Isle of Hope community has several crafts and art shows through out the year. The IOH Marina hosts monthly concerts, kayak rentals and local fishing charters. Crooked Oak is minutes from Wormsloe plantation, Tybee beach, Savannahs Downtown area and many other attractions.
