Also, a short 10-minute walk brings you to the mile long Southend Pier, offering many local amusements. Complete with FREE roadside parking and freshly redecorated interiors; this charming sanctuary offers a unique getaway, our beautiful garden is perfect to chill.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Amazing character 3 storey house dating from 1860’s with sea views, modernised and expanded in 2009 to provide 3 king size luxury bedrooms, (2 with en-suite) 1 large dressing room, 1 large family bathroom with bath, sink, large walk on shower and double sinks and large open plan ground floor set over two levels with large luxury sitting room, stepping down to open plan dining area, kitchen with central island unit and rear seating area with bi-fold doors opening onto a luxury garden area.

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Probably the most magical bus stay in the UK, inspired by the romance of the Orient Express & Harry Potter ✨ Set in peaceful countryside near Canterbury, with epic views, the Midnight Express is a one-of-a-kind converted double-decker bus for couples, families, and small groups seeking a cosy, playful stay. With a hot tub, gaming area in the driver’s seat, cinema snug, log burner, private garden, and separate First Class Waiting Room, it feels like a magical little world of its own.

A quiet, coastal retreat, perfect for a break, with seaside walks and cosy pubs a short stroll away. Treat yourself to a relaxing sauna with bracing cold plunge in the garden spa. This is paid for separately. Enjoy Whitstable's great restaurants and trendy cafes. Alba Lodge is a double height space, designed with sustainability in mind. Drift off to sleep in the king size bed. Freshen up in the large walk in shower. Sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.

A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage in the most wonderful location - steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre of Whitstable. This fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1810, is full of period charm, and sympathetically decorated with antique, comfortable furniture. The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.
