Better location, Faster access, More sailing. Hear what others have said: “Hi john yes thanks we are having a lovely stay, about to go sailing now! The house is immaculate!” “The guys LOVED the place. Thank for your help”. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES please. From the 2 groups of students we have had, it has cost more in repairs, cleaning, and heartache to my beautiful home, than the tenancy cost. Revellers will be turned away at the door and will have to find other accommodation at short notice.

There are numerous tourist attractions on the Isle of Wight, or one can relax on the beach watching the boats go in and out of the harbour. Ideal for 2 families sharing. Please note that guests need to be able to manage stairs as there is one room on each of the 7 levels of the property each connected by a flight of stairs.

Cringle Cottage

Comfortable Victorian town cottage on three floors. Fully furnished and equipped for up to six people (please note, however, that there is only one bathroom). Walking distance from town centre and ferries, but on a quiet side street with very little passing traffic. A great place to feel part of the yachting life of Cowes, to have walking-distance access to Cowes-based organisations including UKSA and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation or as a base to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight.

We offer free car parking at "Station Avenue Carpark" on the day of arrival from 3.30pm and on the day of departure until 10.30 am. The entrance to the holiday let is on Guadeloupe Lane.

Riverside Mews, 5 Seymour Court is right on the River Medina with far reaching views across the Solent. The floating bridge is steps away from the front door and you can hop on it for a few pennies to reach West Cowes. Here you will find a plethora of shops and restaurants all busy with tourists and sailors. Cowes is a mecca for the sailing community and yachts can be seen at all times of the year. Seals have also been seen bobbing up and down just outside the house !

Juliet House

Juliet House is in the perfect location to explore Lymington and the New Forest. Just a few minutes walk from both the town centre and the train station but tucked away in a quiet street. The house has a lovely bright sitting room with a Juliet window with balcony doors. There are two bedrooms, one with a double size bed and ensuite and the other with a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, grill, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher.
