The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage in the grounds of Tremayne House, providing accommodation for two adults. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

The Old Steam House (originally built to house a vintage steam-powered car) has been newly converted into a gorgeous, detached, architect designed 1 bedroom property, set in the mature garden of a large Victorian house. The granite building is light and airy with large south-facing windows, high ceilings, wood burner, kingsize bed, excellent shower and underfloor heating throughout. We are a 2 minute walk to the village shops and pub. We have fibre cable to the premises so very fast Wi-Fi!

A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 min drive for activities and restaurants.

Niver Dew Cottage, Pendeen

An Enjoy England 4-star Gold Award, Grade II listed quaint Cornish cottage. Built from local granite, with beautiful views of the sea and the local mining heritage. Original features can still be found in the cottage such as a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room. There are two cosy bedrooms, sleeping a total of 3 guests. The front bedroom has a King-size bed complete with a luxury Hypnos mattress. The smaller back bedroom has a single divan bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
