We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. We lived in this space before we moved into the main house, so we can attest to it being comfortable, and well maintained.

We're nestled in a small eclectic neighborhood less than 3 miles from the sandy shores of Folly Beach and just 7 miles from historic downtown Charleston. The cottage sits by a tidal creek that flows in and out of the Folly River with marsh views, lots of bird watching opportunities, and the most amazing sunsets around.
