Fragrance free detergent used for bedding & towels. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No animals of any kind allowed. We would love to adhere to Airbnb's guidelines for service or emotional support animals, unfortunately we cannot due to health issues of the owner.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Indigo House Poolside Retreat

Bright, beachy and bohemian one bedroom pool house in the heart of James Island, 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 15 from Folly Beach. Relax in a hammock under the covered pergola, float in the saltwater pool, and gather around the gas fire pit at night. Full kitchen, cozy king bed and a lush tropical backyard. Please note: we live here full time, so the private apartment is yours, but the pool and backyard are shared with our family.
