River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Incredible attention to convenience details such as a wired conference room table, plumbed coffee machines, and a power strip next to every seat and bed. No need to compromise with small rooms or fight for bathrooms. Enjoy a bathroom to every bedroom and more than plenty of space, seating, and sleeping for 16 people. Come isolate in comfort and style.

Immaculately maintained 4-bedroom waterfront home + home gym on Cobb Island with water views from every window! Four beach cruiser bikes & private dock w/ 4 kayaks, to enjoy the peaceful Neale Sound. Hot tub + private deck off of the kitchen. Wall of windows inside the home, flooded w/ natural sunlight. Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

The "North” offers beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and includes 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and another with 2 twin beds on the main floor, and an additional queen bedroom upstairs. The second floor has a full kitchen, living room, & dining area. On the lower level is a yoga studio, game room, outdoor patio area w/seating, and charcoal bbq. (Charcoal not provided)
