We live on 14 beautiful acres with walking paths, groves of trees, a beautiful pond, and horses and cows all around us. During your stay, you will enjoy the quietness of the country, but quick easy access to town, Walmart is just 7 minutes away. The Loft is cozy with a wonderful view out every window. It is the perfect home base for your day trips to Yellowstone, the Teton Valley, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone Safari Park (1 min Away), Bear World, the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, or visiting BYU-Idaho.

The Tiny Home

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. This tiny home may be small but will give you a memorable experience!

In the winter, alpine ski destinations like Kelly Canyon and Grand Targhee are within an hours drive, and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is not much farther.

Welcome to Bev's place, where you can enjoy a great night stay in a wonderful location just 10 minutes away from BYU Idaho, 1 hour and 20 minutes to Yellowstone and 15 minutes away from the St. Anthony sand dunes. You will enjoy a country living feel in this spacious two story home located just north of Rexburg. With parking available on site you can bring your toys and enjoy recreating in the beautiful surrounding areas that South East Idaho has to offer.

This is a Wonderful House for a Family visiting The Saint Anthony Sand Dunes; their student at BYUI; Traveling to Yellowstone, or Island Park. It is a Great area to Explore. We are located just 8 miles from Rexburg and a few Miles from the Sand Dunes. You will have a nice view of a farmers field and the Idaho Sunsets. You will be located in a wonderful Country Community. There are neighbors on both sides, but a nice view looking out.

This cozy 1 bdrm, 1 bath guest suite is attached to our family home but has a separate locked entrance and offers complete privacy. Our quiet country neighborhood is located in beautiful Idaho farmland. Enjoy jam from our garden and a stroll to the neighborhood lake. We're 15 min from BYU-Idaho, 1.5 hrs from Yellowstone NP, 1.5 hrs from Jackson and Grand Teton NP, 15 min from sand dunes and about 1 hr from Grand Targhee Ski Resort.
