Cowan Creek Cottage is close to the Cowan Community Center and only 5½ miles outside the city limits of Whitesburg. The cottage is located at the foothills of Pine Mountain. You’ll love the cottage and enjoy the feel of having your own little home in the mountains. Cowan Creek Cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

The Hillbilly Hideout

Tucked in the trees and just minutes from the Hillbilly Trail System, this modern cabin is your go-to basecamp for off-road adventure and mountain downtime. Whether you’re here to ride, relax, or both—you’ll have all the comforts of home without losin’ that good ol’ backwoods feel. With room for up to 6 guests, a full kitchen, fire pit, and plenty of space for your trailer and SxS. We have two neighboring cabins for larger groups.

If you want to get away from it all and enjoy country living at it’s finest this is the place for you. This rustic barn has lots of charm with views of scenic Pine Mountain. There is a huge upstairs with a full sized bed and a sitting area. Downstairs is open concept with everything you need in one space including a queen sized bed. Outside is a charcoal grill as well as a fire pit.

Fishing is allowed in the adjacent pond with waiver signature. Must bring your own fishing equipment.

Visiting Dorton to ride the hillbilly trails or visit family? This camper is the perfect spot for you! Featuring 4 beds, 1 loft bed and 1.5 bath there is plenty of room for the whole crew. The closest stay to the trail system you will find. We provide ample parking on property but should you need some extra room just let us know we have even more parking nearby!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish home. Come and relax in this 3 bedroom mountain family charm nestled in the hills of Eastern Kentucky. Pretend you are lost in an enchanted forest as you perch on a log or curl up on the front porch swing. Soak in the tub, then fall asleep in one of the three comfortable beds. When you wake up, the coffee machine awaits.

Raven Ridge at the Channels, great views, hot tub!

Raven Ridge Lodge is a unique and wonderful retreat located on a mountain top in a natural rhododendron garden. It makes a great base for visiting the Channels Natural area. Take a hike, and then relax in the hot tub. The views are spectacular. My guests tell me my photos don't do justice to the mountain top. Come and see for yourself!

Situated in the heart of Big Stone Gap. You will be within walking distance of all the entertainment, museums, shops, history, and food fare. Right downstairs is Big Cherry Brewing which features amazing food, entertainment, and even a brunch and gourmet coffee menu in additon to a huge selection of craft beers.

The Guest House

Located on Dorton Creek, this cozy cottage sleeps six, with luxurious pillow top mattresses. There are two queen beds, and one twin bed with a pull out trundle unit. This home away from home is within minutes of the Hillbilly Trails System. Ample parking is available.

Law Office Studio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio apartment. Located on the first floor behind a law office. *We do not have control of the property around the building, we just have an easement of a pathway to the door*
