Our Adriatic Beauty is a fun and colorful apartment with a family in mind and some of the most gorgeous views you will find anywhere along the Dalmatian coast! This is an 65m2 delightful apartment consisting of two bedrooms (one double in each bedroom), one full bathroom, a fully furnished kitchen, living room with pull-out sofa, and a spacious terrace with an amazing sea, Island and coastal views. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very spacious with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The apartment suits 5 people comfortably. The terrace provides for a great place to have an evening dinner with family or relax with your favorite drink and enjoy the view of the coastline or the blue of the Adriatic. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island or see the lighted sky over Split! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and café’s offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has an air-conditioning unit, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile and hardwood laminate thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom has an enclosed shower and ample room. The apartment comes with all the amenities you would need and comforts of home. -Complete cookware (pots, pans, bake ware, etc.) -Full size refrigerator, 4 burner stove/oven -Dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery and coffee maker -Bed linen and extra blankets - Complete set of towels - Air conditioning unit and window coverings - Terrace with table and 4 chairs - Retractable awning to cover terrace on hot days For those with a car, we are less than 10-min drive from Split, Dalmatian metropolis and Croatia's second largest town. Enjoy some of the sights, food, tradition and heritage of this great city! If a car is not your means of transportation then you can utilize the bus stop just across the street from our apartment. Buses run every half an hour and will take you to the very center of Split or other place along the coast like Omis, Makarska or Dubrovnik. The apartment is away from the crowds and the bustling area of Split but very easy access to this great city! We are in a great family location serving you for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Yet, our convenient location serves as the perfect base for exploring Croatia's second largest city or other area’s along the coast. On our grounds we have a grassy area where you could sit on a blanket and have a picnic or use our traditional Dalmatian style grill to prepare your meals enjoying the taste of traditional Croatia. We provide beach lounge Chair, that will allow you the relaxation and comfort on the beach for sunbathing or for an evening sunset at the edge of the sea. We also have parasol to enjoy the beach and keep the sun away. This beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment is situated directly on the fabulous beach, a more perfect location is not possible.

Complete disinfection of the apartment and privacy guaranteed. Apartment has a separate entrance. In my family house I only rent this apartment. Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.
