Quiet and Comfortable in Greenside

A bright, airy, private bedroom with full bathroom & back up electricity on the property! This suite is separate from the house with it's own private entrance but also has access to a luscious garden with a pool. The room has a luxurious king-size bed, a desk and chair and two easy chairs with side table . We have recently upgraded the room with a private kitchenette with basic cooking and tea/coffee facilities, a fridge and a single sink. There is also a cupboard with drawers and hanging space.

You have your own entrance and safe parking on the property. It is close to all main Johannesburg arteries, within easy reach of shopping centers, and the Sandton CBD is 6,5km away.

Quiet Garden Studio close to Rosebank

Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

Pete's Suite

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. Bedroom 2, which is connected to the main bedroom, has two single beds, perfect for extra friends or family. The unit is centrally located, close to restaurants, shops, Walter Sisulu Sports Complex and Randpark Golf Club.

The cottage is situated next to the main house,. The private bedroom has a queen bed, built in cupboards and black out curtains. The open plan lounge includes 2 single beds, also appropriate for adults. A fully equipped kitchenette allows for self-catering. The bathroom includes a bath with shower top, basin and toilet. All linened and towels are supplied. The unit has its own patio. The pool and outside areas are available anytime and shared with the guests from the main house.
