There is a lovely small, private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing or working. We have solar backup and water tanks so generally we have no load shedding/water issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

Quiet Garden Studio close to Rosebank

Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. Set in Craighall, this luxury haven is ideal for business and leisure travellers, with fast wifi, workspaces and DSTV. An adjoining room is perfect for a child or travelling companion. Fridge, snacks, Nespresso machine, microwave, free tea/coffee, rusks, muesli and yoghurt supplied for breakfast. Plenty secure parking. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Spacious Garden Cottage that can accommodate up to 3 people. The cottage has an en- suite bathroom, which has a shower. It overlooks our beautiful, peaceful garden where numerous birds can be seen visiting our feeders. We have backup power for when there is load shedding. The cottage has wifi and a TV that has Netflix and DSTV. We are 4 km from Sandton City and 3,5km from Rosebank Mall. Secure road with boomed security. Within walking distance of shops and local restaurants/takeaways.

Max’s Tranquil Cottage

This spacious self-catering unit is located in the peaceful, leafy suburb of Malanshof. It has TVs in both the lounge and main bedroom, with access to DSTV, Netflix, Showmax, Prime Video, and Apple TV. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, which is connected to the main bedroom, has two single beds, perfect for extra friends or family. The unit is centrally located, close to restaurants, shops, Walter Sisulu Sports Complex and Randpark Golf Club.

Tranquil guest suite in Brackendowns

A very comfortable guest suite located in Brackendowns Alberton, ideal for a couple or single person. With its own private entrance and secure under cover parking. We have solar installed, so we are not affected by load shedding. A tea, coffee station and mini fridge is provided in the guest suite. TV with Netflix. Plenty of cupboard space. The en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Please note that this is not a self catering establishment, there is no cooking facilities.

Guests do not have to share any spaces within the home with any members of the household as it is a totally independent unit even though it is situated within the main house. The only shared areas are outside in the garden and at the pool.
