PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES! An individual part of the house in the classic Jurmala style. Separate entrance. Renovation made in 2024. Walk to the station "Vaivari" 2 minutes, to the sea 10 minutes. The former summer residence of the People's Artist of Latvia Vera Baljuna, where famous theater and film celebrities met. There is also a sauna with a Russian steam room (paid), barbecue grill and bikes. Early check-in and late check-out are available (paid), as well as a luggage storage service (free).

River House

Our new 25m2 River House with a living room and a bedroom is a separate house on a very river bank. It has a separate living room with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. You will find a sofa with additional sleeping seats in the living room. The house has a wide terrace facing the river, outdoor furniture, grilling amenities and sunbeds. House is equipped with heating system and air conditioning. In this house you will find warm wool blankets, hairdryer, dishes, coffee machine and electric kettle

The house between the lake and the sea

You are welcome to enjoy a peaceful, leisurely vacation by the sea and Lake Kaņieris in Lapmežciems. Here, you can have breakfast and sip your morning coffee on the sunny terrace. During the day, go to a quiet beach located 500 meters from your location. On the other hand, in the evening, enjoy the sunset while on a boat or in one of the observation towers of the Ķemeru National Park. Every morning, you will be woken up by the voices of different birds and a pleasant flow of wind from the sea.

Divām guļamistabām ir izeja uz balkona. Sava teritorija Bērniem batuts.

You will have the 2nd floor of a house with private entrance and driveway. 2 bedrooms with double beds and a living room with pull out sofa. Fully furnished kitchen. Large patio with outside dining area. Beach 100m, local minimart, cafe, beach cafe, children's playground all within 3min walk. Place for campfire and BBQ grill in the yard. Train station 10 min walk, train to Riga - 40 min ride. Bus stop 5 min walk - many restaurants, bars, aquapark within 10 min ride. Sorry, no pets.

Our fully equipped vacation house has everything, including heating and air conditioning for a comfortable stay all year round. Maximum 4 people. The beach is only 500 m away. Make use of the private deck to have meals outside or chill with a glass of wine.

Own bathroom own kitchen space and small outside porch. 10 min. walking distance till Dzintari beach. 5 min. walking distance till Jomas street (promenade street with many restaurants and coffee shops). View from studio is to spacious and well-kept garden. There is gate and fences around the property. Parking space is by the property on the street.

Beach old fisherman's house

Stay in a renovated fisherman's house just 150m from Jūrmala beach, complete with lifeguard tower for safety. Ideal for families, it's near a children's park with swings and a skatepark. Enjoy local cuisine at the nearby "Kūriņš" restaurant. Major shopping centers like Lidl, Rimi, and Maxima are also within easy reach. Buildings interior is fully renovated, exterior is a work in progress.
