Although, we love to think that the place is full of peace, comfort and personality; the true magic of it is exactly where it's located. It's barely a minute away from the ferries and somehow sits quietly in the very middle of hustle and bustle of Kadikoy

Metro, ferry and airport buses are only 5 minutes walk away. Kadıköy bars street is 200 metres away. I am waiting for you for a pleasant Istanbul holiday in a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. My house has a tourist rental permit from the Ministry of Tourism in accordance with local laws.

Enjoy your time in the center of Kadıköy :) Located on the street, 1 minute away from Altıyol, this apartment is in an ideal location for your Istanbul trip. You can reach all the facilities of Kadıköy (Cafes, Bars, Bazaar) by walking, as well as all means of transportation that will allow you to travel in Istanbul. Our only flaw is that we do not have an elevator for this flat on the 5th floor :) There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.

It is bright and has a peaceful vibe with its private greeny garden. The location is very central and it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars. There are many foreigners/expats in the neighborhood as well as locals. You will feel very safe and comfortable.

So currently, there are a total of 2 air conditioners in our home.
