There is an electric washer and dryer shared with the house that you are welcome to use. We do have bodyboards, two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for guests to use.

The room has a CalKing bed and Queen sz sofa pull out, TV in each area. 3 Guests maximum regardless the age. 1 bedroom apt. Pets upon request with a fee This unit is potential for noise.

It is also adjacent to a Nature Preserve where you can hike for miles through the Forest. My home will make you feel like you live in Hawaii!
