This is a lovely 1 Bedroom private apartment with its own ensuite bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. The apartment opens out onto a patio via a double sliding ranch slider to maximise the indoor outdoor flow. There is also a heat pump for your comfort. It is a short walk to Ngamotu golf club, 3 minutes down to the Valley shopping centre and 5 minutes to the CBD. The famous walkway is at the end of the street where you will get some great shots of the mountain through the Te Rewa Rewa bridge.

Entry into the apartment is via your own front door with an outside lock-box holding the key. The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms, both with wardrobes for storage.
