Explore Holland, just a 10 min drive north, Fennville and wineries 10 min south. Unwind at the Gem with a glass of wine on the private enclosed porch. Private parking space included.

Our neighborhood abuts the Peterson Nature Preserve and our home can be rented with (if available) one/both of our adjacent two bedroom homes (a fence with a gate separates the homes) if more space is desired. Downtown Saugatuck is a short walk away and Douglas and Oval Beach are easy drives. Enjoy all of the amenities provided indoors and outdoors. All "A Step Away" guests receive a discount when shopping our local store during their stay. Lastly, we're dog friendly (w/approval & fee).

Simply Saugy is a newly built 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo (2025) located just 8 ft from river, offering serene water views and a front-row seat to passing boats and river life. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a weekend escape, this space blends calm and convenience. Sorry, this unit does not allow renters to bring children to this resort. The bright, open layout is filled with natural light with beautiful river views—perfect for slow mornings and peaceful evenings.

Free parking for two vehicles and easy contact-free entry. If you are sensitive to noises (like a hotel) then this may not be the right fit for you.
