Πρόκειται για μια άνετη εξοχική οικία, που απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό, παραθαλάσσιο δρόμο μεταξύ Λυγιάς και Βράχου. Free public parking is in within 30 meters from the studio. Also the bus stop to the ionian beached "Palio Ktel" is in 150 meters distance.
