Lithia Villas - Folegandros - Villa Elia & pool

Villa Elia is on the Lithia property alongside Villa Levanda and Myrtia. It is quiet, charming and comfortable with wonderful views, It is self-catering but we provide you daily with fresh bread and fruit etc. for you to make your own Greek breakfast! It has a studio bedroom/kitchen with a double bed (160cms, 5'6") and a bathroom on the upper ground floor and downstairs there is a large bedroom/sitting room with 2 singles beds and a bathroom so is perfectly spacious for 4 people. There are 2 terraces for outside dining, on one side it has views of the old windmills and from the other, an uninterrupted view of the fields and sea. There is a pool just for the Lithia guests. There is free Wifi in the house and pool area. There is a daily cleaning service. It is situated about 15 minutes' walk (1.5 km) from the pretty village of Chora where you can find restaurants , bars and shops. We are happy to help with car/bike hire and any other queries. Folegandros is a beautiful unspoiled island and has been called 'a hidden gem in the Aegean' by Conde Nast Traveller magazine. It has breathtaking views from the church of the Panagia perched on a cliff above Chora village where you can see the neighboring islands in the distance. Folegandros has been a favourite with hill-walkers for years having many paths criss-crossing the spectacular landscape. The beaches are plentiful for such a small island, some sandy, some pebbly and all with wonderful clear water where you can swim, snorkel, sunbathe and enjoy fresh food at one of the beachside tavernas. Ο κορμοράνος

Χτισμένο πάνω στην παραλία του Καραβοστάση με θέα στο λιμάνι, δέκα μέτρα από την άκρη της θάλασσας, ό,τι καλύτερο για μιά πρωϊνή βουτιά. ΄Ετοιμο να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι τέσσερα άτομα, στην κρεβατοκάμαρα με δύο μονά ή ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και στο καθιστικό-κουζίνα με τον καναπέ-κρεβάτι. Αγναντεύοντας από τη βεράντα θα δούμε συχνά τον κορμοράνο να σχιζει το νερό με το μακρύ μαύρο λαιμό του. Και από το απογευματάκι θα απολαύσουμε εκεί τον καφέ μας ή το σπιτικό μας φαγητό χάρη στην εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

Barbara's Place Chora- Folegandros single room

La struttura, piccola e graziosa, è situata in una zona centralissima ma pedonale e tranquilla della splendida Chora; occupa il primo piano di un edificio tradizionale, sopra la rinomata gelateria italiana "Lo Zio” e a pochi metri da taverne, bar e locali tipici. Fermate dell’autobus e imbocchi dei principali sentieri per le spiagge distano pochi minuti a piedi. Le camere, completamente ristrutturate nella primavera 2017, arricchiscono lo stile cicladico con un inconfondibile tocco italiano.

The miller's house

The miller's house is a 20 minute walk far from Chora, the main village of Folegandros. Its location is really special as it is among the old, traditional windmills of the island in a secluded and private spot. What makes the residence ideal is the fact that it is built right on the cliff, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea! The house can accommodate from 1 to 3 persons in a large and comfortable space offering all the necessary amenities for short or longer stays.
