Storms River Village, situated 11km from the Tsitsikamma National Park, is the adventure capital of Tsitsikamma and forms part of South Africa’s famous Garden Route. The unique self-catering Tin House is situated in the garden of a private residence with gate access and on-site parking. You can reach us on a 36 km stretch of scenic gravel road to come and enjoy the beauty and sounds of nature while staying in this unique off the grid place in the Kouga Baviaans mountain wilderness area. For winter the cottage is equipped with electric blankets, a gas heater as well as an indoor fireplace with a good supply of wood and more available to buy should you run out. A large bright upstairs room above a double garage with a private balcony. The room looks out over trees and the garden. Private, equipped, self-catering with a small kitchen area. It’s a short walk to the Krom river. Guests have access to the garden, jetty and canal. There is a canoe to use. We live in the main house a few metres away.
